If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to receive a redo service.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a charge of 50% of the services total
All "no show" appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
* Please note that most of our stylist are booked for a minimum of two to eight weeks. Please be mindful when rescheduling. We highly recommend booking your future reservation when at your appointment.
